Our client, a Financial Institution is now urgently looking for a high caliber candidate to join their team

工作职责

  • Responsible for general reception and office administrative support
  • Greeting guests, handling incoming calls and enquiries
  • Ensure the cleanness and tidiness of reception area
  • Responsible for conference room booking
  • Handle in/out mails / courier arrangement
  • Ordering of specific pantry & stationary/office supplies
  • Arrange office equipments maintenance
  • Monitor the performance of appointed services providers
  • Maintain office facilities and deal with property management office
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments as required such as organize staff events / conference / office renovation

工作要求

  • Diploma Holder or above
  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in sizable companies / financial institutions
  • Service oriented and good interpersonal skills
  • Well-organized, attention to details and a good team player
  • Familiar in MS Word, Excel and Chi Word Processing
  • Good command of spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
