Our client, a well-known Luxury Brand, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

工作職責

• Provide administrative support to the leasing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining filing systems
• Collaborate with the Line Manager to prepare leasing proposals and presentations for potential landlord
• Collaborate with the operations and store development teams to ensure timely and efficient store openings, including coordinating with contractors and obtaining necessary permits
• Assist in managing lease renewals, lease terminations, and lease extensions for existing locations
• Handle ad hoc projects assigned by management

工作要求

• Degree in business, real estate or a related field
• 2 years related working experience in leasing or real estate
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to details
• Familiarity with local market conditions and demographics
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Microsfot Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
