工作職責
- Responsible for business development for Private Trust Business and Services for the Banking Group
- Provide the highest level of services in order to achieve customer satisfaction, quality and efficiency
- Monitor KYC process to the new clients
- Ensuring business enhancement, and follow up on clients projects matching with the customer services standards
- Prepare marketing and promotion materials
工作要求
- Degree holder
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in Private Trust business and services to high net worth customers
- Customer Relationship or Business Development experience
- Self-initiative, independent with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to exercise judgment, work under pressure and liaise effectively with the business and supporting units
- Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English including Cantonese and Putonghua
- (Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Private Trust Business Officer)
