Our client, a Leading Financial Institution Group is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Leading Business Development and Marketing Operations.
Oversee Corporate Strategy Planning, manage and develop Client Segmentation, Business Planning and Strategic Planning for the dynamic business growth of coverage in Investment Fund / Pension Fund.
Lead and manage Business Growth, Client Servicing, Marketing, Investment Analysis, Product Development functions.
Develop new Strategic Features and Insights.
Plan / Formulate / Implement strategies and initiatives to drive the growth of Business and Products coverage.
Conduct customer analysis, business analysis and market intelligence of business planning for the Sector.
Liaise with various business units to enhance effectiveness of marketing programs and develop marketing solutions for enlarging customer base and profitability.

University degree holder.
With solid leadership in leading Business Development and Marketing Operations.
18 years to 20 years’ experience in Corporate Strategy Planning, marketing and business development planning with Investment Fund Services / Insurance / Financial Institution / Insurance / Pension sectors, additional exposure in Corporate Consulting Firms with an advantage.
Proven Strong leadership management experience.
With good knowledge in Investment Fund Products.
Excellent skills in proposals, presentation and reporting in English.
A Mature, detail-minded and confident with initiative.
Self-initiative, independent with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to exercise judgment, work under pressure and liaise effectively with the business and supporting units.
Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English including Cantonese and Putonghua.
