Customer Service Representative (HK$15K-$18K) (Ref. No.: 24252)

Our client, a Public Listed Company is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position

Job Duties

  • Real time monitoring of the operation of each self-service equipment, if any malfunction is found, the relevant unit will be notified by email to arrange maintenance.
  • Follow up overtime maintenance cases.
  • Answer calls from branches, customer contact centers and other units, and establish fault cases (e.g. The banknote deposit machine fails to recognize banknotes).
  • Establish schedules for remote suspension (Stop polling), recovery of self-service equipment work orders and SD (Software Distribution).
  • Record and organize all fault case files and other paperwork, etc.

Job Requirements

  • HKCEE / HKDSE or above.
  • 1 year or above of banking related experience.
  • Good English and fluent Cantonese, and can write both Chinese and English, Mandarin is preferred.
  • Familiar with MS Office.
