Our client, a Leading Investment Group, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position
Job Duties
- Oversee Leasing Management for Premises and Property Business in Hong Kong and Shanghai
- Manage Leasing activities for a portfolio of large scale property and premises asset management for the Group’s shop branches, shopping malls, A-grade office towers, commercial buildings, residential building, luxurious residential building and other properties in Hong Kong and Shanghai
- Manage all leasing sales & marketing and investment activities
- Maximize the Group’s profit and enhance market share from both sales and leasing activities
Job Requirements
- University degree in Property Management or related discipline with Professional Qualification
- 8 to 10 years' solid experience in Premises and Property Leasing Management in Hong Kong and Shanghai with proven track work history
- With Shanghai Market experience is a MUST
- Familiar with regulations in Hong Kong Leasing Management Regulatory
- Good initiatives and pro-active on well management and operation planning
- Strong people team lead management
- Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English including Cantonese and Putonghua
