Officer (Project Coordination) (HK$34K – $40K) (Ref. No.: 24596)

Our client, a leading Financial Institute, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Job Duties

  • Provide administrative and operational support to event planning, pre-event preparation, on-site execution and management, and post-event follow – up work.
  • Provide support in developing and running the Thematic Programme under the Leadership Development Programme by organising workshop series and visits.
  • Assist in liaising and coordinating with internal departments, speakers, participants and external vendors, and monitoring the work of contractors to ensure smooth running of events.
  • Assist in the preparation of publication materials such as newsletter, booklet.
  • Handle general enquiries from the public.

Job Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration or any related disciplines.
  • At least 2 years of solid experience in event or project coordination.
  • Good time management, organisational and communication skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Need to work outside normal office hours as and when required.
