Personal Assistant (HK$20K to $25K) (Ref. No. : 22023)

Our client is a French manufacturer specializing in high quality leather, lifestyle accessories, perfumery, luxury goods, and ready-to-wear.

Job Duties

  • Responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to the Director.
  • Screening telephone calls, handling requests, emails and enquiries.
  • Maintaining and organizing Director’s calendar and diary by planning, scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Prepares and edits correspondence, presentations and other documents.
  • Coordinates project paperwork.
  • Conducting various research tasks.
  • Liaise with all service providers / vendors / office team members as and when required.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required by the Director.

Job Requirements

  • Over 5 years related experience.
  • Educated to High Diploma or equivalent standard.
  • Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
  • Proficient in both PC and MAC system. Well versed in MS applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Well-organized.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload.
  • Knowledge in photography would be an advantage.
