Receptionist (HK$14K to $20K) (Ref. No.: 22495)

Our client, a well-known Chinese investment bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position of Receptionist.

Job Duties

  • Perform general receptionist duties including handling incoming telephone calls, greeting visitors, conference room arrangement, courier and mail arrangement.
  • Provide office administrative support including procurement of office stationery and equipment maintenance.
  • Provide general administration support to different departments.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Degree or above with minimum 1 year relevant working experience.
  • Familiar with MS Office.
  • Professional telephone manner, good communication skills and pleasant personality.
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English including Mandarin.
