Secretary (HK$16K – HK$20K) (Ref. No.: 24530)

Our client, a well-known multinational corporation, is looking for a Secretary to provide secretarial and business support for the Senior Management

Job Duties

  • Provide all-rounded secretarial support to Senior Management
  • Prepare various reports to the General Manager
  • Provide office administration support in local office
  • Arrange and coordinate appointments, meetings and conferences
  • Update and file Travel Report and Petty Cash Form
  • Support HR in the local arrangement of company activities
  • Support HR in documentation / material distribution

Job Requirements

  • Degree Holder or above
  • Minimum 5 years secretarial experience in sizeable companies, and experience in serving senior management
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential
  • Good command of spoken English and Mandarin
  • Organized, responsible and good communication skills
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
