Secretary, Risk Management & Compliance Department (HK$20K - $30K) (Ref. No.: 24274)

Our client, a Public Organization, is looking for high-caliber person to their risk management & compliance department.

Job Duties

  • Provide secretarial and administrative duties to the department.
  • Diary management for department heads proactively.
  • Handle confidential information, maintain filing system and ensure security of records, correspondences and documents.
  • Organize travel and trips to team members.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements

  • Degree Holder or above.
  • Min 5 years' secretarial experience in banking and finance industry preferred.
  • Proficient in English & Chinese word processing.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is essential.
  • Good command of English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is a plus.
