Senior Technical Services Manager - Bank (65K - 75K) (Ref. No. : 24218)

Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Job Duties

  • To provide leadership for services and support provided by the Deskside & Endpoint Support teams.
  • To establish and ensure achievement of regular and measurable goals for the development of individual staff members.
  • To develop and implement processes to maintain superior service and ensures that the functional needs of the bank are understood and met.
  • To design, develop, and implement Deskside and Endpoint systems align with industry standard and regulatory requirements.
  • To maintain production stability by implementing best practices, enterprise standards, governance, and well - defined processes (ITIL).

Job Requirements

  • University graduate in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years' working experience in IT sector, preferable in Banking Industry.
  • At least 5 years in management role in Deskside technology services and Endpoint security.
  • Certified in CISSP, CISA or related professional certification.
  • Sound knowledge in IT deskside / endpoint hardware, software, and security services.
  • Excellent project management skills with proven experiences in managing all facets of large-scale IT implementation projects and met deliverables.
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills including team work, facilitation and negotiation.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable.
