Administrative Officer (HK$14K - $20K) (Ref. No.: 24565)

Our client, a leading Financial Institute, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Job Duties

  • Provide general clerical and administrative support.
  • Handle building, transport and pantry services.
  • Assign duties and supervise the works of Office Assistants.
  • Liaise with building managers and contractors on related issues.
  • Seek quotations and prepare procurement applications.
  • Handle indoor and outdoor delivery of document, publication and miscellaneous items.
  • Supervise the contractors in various fitting-out, renovation, cleaning, replenishment and maintenance works.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisors.

Job Requirements

  • Level 2 or above in 5 subjects in HKDSE or equivalent, including English & Chinese.
  • One year’s clerical experience is preferred.
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing.
  • Pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and independently.
  • Willing to work overtime (including weekends and holidays) when required.
