Secretary (HK$18K – HK$20K) (Ref. No.: 24530)

Our client, a well-known multinational corporation, is looking for a Secretary to provide secretarial and business support for the Senior Management.

Job Duties

  • Provide all-rounded secretarial support to Senior Management.
  • Prepare various reports to the General Manager.
  • Provide office administration support in local office.
  • Arrange and coordinate appointments, meetings and conferences.
  • Update and file Travel Report and Petty Cash Form.
  • Support HR in the local arrangement of company activities.
  • Support HR in documentation / material distribution.

Job Requirements

  • Degree Holder or above.
  • Minimum 5 years secretarial experience in sizeable companies, and experience in serving senior management.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
  • Good command of spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Organized, responsible and good communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
