Senior Human Resources Executive (C&B) – Luxury Retail (Ref. No.: 24645)

Our client, a well known Luxury Brand, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Job Duties

  • Support on the HR Policy and procedure establishment and improvement
  • Maintain up to date Personnel file from staff entry to termination, and make sure employment contract reviewed timely every month
  • Assure timely and accurate salary administration, including payroll processing, social insurance handling, tax handling
  • Expatriates management like C&B related, accommodation arrangement, visa application, working permit
  • Work closely with HR service provider, such as commercial insurance company, 3rd party company, to monitor their service and cost
  • Coordinate with other HR function, provide related C&B support if necessary

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Human resources, Business Administration or a relevant filed
  • With 5 years + work experiences in Compensation & Benefits Administration
  • Experience with HRIS and MS Office
  • Sound knowledge of compensation cycle management and all HR practices
  • Familiarity with current labor rules/regulations
  • Strong numerical and quantitative analysis skills
  • Immediate available is preferred
