Client Services Manager, Family Office (Ref. No.: 26433)

Our client, a Financial Institution, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

To source, on-board and manage relationships with clients such as family offices, UHNWs, corporate investors and other investor types
Liaise and collaborate with Business Development team & Product team to understand clients’ financial needs
Prepare and execute clients’ proposal and complete the KYC process
To serve as the bridge between clients and the firm’s investment team and resources, keeping clients updated to relevant investment services and products available, educating them about investment options and potential risks
Closely monitor the performance of client accounts, and ensure timely and effective communication with clients
Maintain and deepen the relationship with clients

Bachelor Degree or above
Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience in private banking, asset management, multi-family offices, family trust or other related businesses
Solid interpersonal and communication skills. Exhibit skills and characteristics conducive to building trust and long-term relationships
Able to effectively communicate with the investment and operations teams to deliver valuable information and services to client base
Strong communication and client servicing skills
Proficient in both spoken & written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua and other dialects is an advantage
