Human Resources Manager (HK$35K - $45K) (Ref. No.: 26453)

Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Job Duties

  • According to our client’s business development strategy, as well as the established recruitment strategy and manpower index planning, complete the annual personnel index requirements set by client;
  • Serve as the Human Resources Manager (Business Partner) of each unit, assist the unit in handling personnel communication and management, and implement the allocation of human resources in the bank;
  • Implement the recruitment strategy, annual recruitment plan and recruitment channel planning;
  • Formulate recruitment plans, including but not limited to campus recruitment, market-oriented recruitment, internal transfer and internal competition for the whole process of organization and implementation;
  • Responsible for coordinating the manpower planning of various departments and recruitment needs, and provide solutions and suggestions. Clarify the responsibilities, qualifications and composition evaluation of the recruitment position, implement the appointment and dismissal approval, entry procedures and due diligence;
  • Monitor and manage the manpower budget and number of staff of each unit;
  • Analyze the market’s recruitment and salary situation, review and analyze human resources allocation, salary and personnel quality as needed, and provide suggestions;
  • Responsible for job management and implement job evaluation / adjustment workflow;
  • Manage recruitment brand image, arrange the use of recruitment media and distribution of information.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • At least University Bachelor degree holder or equivalent qualification, ideally in Human Resources Management, Business Management or other relevant disciplines.

 

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar roles, ideally from bank industry background. Exposure to GBA recruitment will be a plus.
  • Strong talent sourcing skills; experience with full-cycle recruiting, with knowledge in various interview techniques, evaluation methods.
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
  • More experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Manager.
