Payroll Outsourcing Manager (Human Resources / Payroll)

Job Duties
- Responsible for monitoring on a daily basis and overseeing daily activities ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards and adherence to procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Formulate and revamp guidelines, standards and procedures for daily operations.
- Monitor performance of the Payroll Team and drive for continuous improvement by setting KPI.
- Manage a team of Payroll Staff; assists / back up for payroll related invoices processing.
- Work with internal Account to carry out all required account process and make sure all processes are in accuracy.
Job Requirements
- Degree Holder is a MUST.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in sizable Employment Agency of which at least 3 years in Payroll Operations.
- Require strong interpersonal skills and close coordination with various business partners in order to achieve good working relationship and prompt execution of completion.
- A strong team player and capability to work independently and self-driven, proactive and taking ownership.
- Good balance of strong analytical skills with people management skills.
- Should be able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Lesser experience will be considered as Assistant Payroll Outsourcing Manager.
