Senior Business Development Manager – Group Insurance (EB & MPF) (HK$50K - $60K) (Ref. No.: 26684)
Our client, a well established insurance company is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Lead a small sales team to achieve Company’s business targets through brokerage channel focusing on Group Insurance Products (EB & MPF)
- Provide mentoring and coaching to subordinates
- Develop new sales distribution channels as well as maintain good relationship with clients and business partners
- Design appropriate insurance solutions and coordinate with existing clients as well as broker partners
- Provide quotation to clients / brokers
- Manage projects including marketing activities, promotional campaigns, product development, etc.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments as assigned
Job Requirements
- Degree holder with at least 6 years of experience in insurance industry
- Strong account management experience gained within Health / Medical insurance
- Pricing / underwriting knowledge
- Passes in IIQE, qualified LOMA, ANZIIF or other related professional insurance qualifications preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Sales oriented, positive and great initiative
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
