Senior Manager, Compliance Monitoring (Corporate Banking) (HK$55K - $90K) (Ref. No.: 26692)

Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Job Duties

Ensure compliance monitoring and testing activities adhere to the regional regulatory requirements
Conduct risk based compliance monitoring activities in accordance to annual Compliance Monitoring Plan
Review and assess the implementations of the Bank's compliance risk control framework in the review
Identify key areas with deficiencies, review the implications and provide recommendations to stakeholders on corrective actions
Handle irregular inquiries from auditors and regulatory agencies

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree or above in accounting / finance / law / other related majors
At least 8 years’ solid experience in the field of banking compliance or internal audit
Sound knowledge in the relevant banking laws, the HKMA & SFC rules & regulations etc.
Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
