Our client, a well-known banking group, is looking for a Senior Officer, Customer Services.
Job Duties
- Handle customer enquiries with a professional manner
- Maintain the service level, quality and accuracy
- Report customer problems and complaints to the supervisor for service improvement
- Close cooperation with various departments, branches and teammates
- Handle administrative works assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements
- HKDSE or above
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in banking industry
- Good written and spoken Cantonese and English
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-initiative and ability to work independently under pressure
