Senior Property and Project Officer (HK$25K - $32K) (Ref. No.: 26620)
Our client is a well-established bank and they are now looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Coordinate the implementation of engineering and fire safety directives from professional consultants, government departments and business units
- Manage the renovation and maintenance projects of the property
- Handle the marketing and leasing matters of Bank owned properties
- Responsible for acquisition and disposal of properties
- Conduct market researches, feasibility studies, rental assessments and data analysis
- Liaise with real estate agents and tenants
- Provide quality tenant services, complaints handling, and tenancy administration
- Prepare and checking leasing documents including offer letter, tenancy agreement, reports
- Assist in ad hoc assignments
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree Holder in Architectural Engineering, Building Surveying, Property Management or equivalent
- At least 2 years experiences in property and facility management
- Holder of estate agent’s license (EAQE)
- Sound knowledge in Building Management Ordinance, Estate Agents ordinance, landlord & tenant (consolidation) ordinance, DMC and related ordinances
- Possess knowledge of renovation and E&M management, experience in supervising workers and project contractors
- Demonstrate success in problem solving and negotiating skills along with an emphasis on customer satisfaction
- Sounds knowledge of facilities management practices along with business ethics, security procedures and life-safety
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
