Senior Retail Manager / Retail Manager, Regional – Luxury Retail (Ref. No.: 26375)
Our client, a well-known Luxury brand, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Set standards for retail performance and retail excellence
- Responsible and manage performance of each store and store operations to bring performance and build good client experience
- Work with store managers to ensure all business are in order
- Responsibilities Sales planning to ensure high performance and KPI’s are meet
- Review and drive service excellence ensure stores are well verse with business needs and strategies to ensure excellent client servicing
- Lead and plan activities in stores to deliver client service results
- Monitor store operation performance and ensure that inventory flow, monitor store’s stock level and productivity
- Utilize innovative plans to reduce operation cost, analyze controllable cost to meet budget
- Ensure efficient flow of store products such as merchandising, supply chain, store planning and repairs
Job Requirements
- 5 years of related experience in Luxury or Retail industry
- Passionate about luxury retail and building highly engaged teams to deliver excellent branded retail experience
- A good people leader, team player with a positive mindset
- Well organized and committed to accuracy at all levels of details
- Experience in and enjoys operating in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work well in multicultural environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English & Chinese both written and oral
- Willing to travel
