工作職責
- Responsible for the intelligent transformation of Direct Banking Center / Customer Service Center services, and empowering business through financial technology, etc.
- Responsible for the demand management of the Direct Banking Center / Customer Service Center service system, finding out the business pain points and converting them into business needs.
- Responsible for the project establishment, promotion and implementation of the Direct Banking Center / Customer Service Center system, etc.
- Responsible for training, management and support related to Direct Banking Center / Customer Service Center system functions.
- Responsible for the agile project management and optimization of the Direct Banking Center / Customer Service Center system to improve customer experience, staff efficiency, reduce costs, etc.
- Responsible for other tasks assigned by supervisors.
工作要求
- Degree Holder or above. Experience in Direct Banking Center / Customer Service Center is preferable.
- Sound knowledge of product management and be able to input demand prototypes and demand specifications.
- Strong project management skills, communication and interpersonal skill with sense of teamwork.
- Able to work under pressure and willing to learn.
Working location shall be subjected to the operational needs of our Client.
