Secretary (HK$20K - $25K) (Ref. No.: 26678)

Our client, a Financial Institution, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

工作職責

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to team members
  • Arrange business trips, conference calls and meetings to top and senior management
  • Expense reimbursement and other logistic following tasks
  • Maintain filing system and file documents timely and systematically
  • Perform ad hoc assignments and special projects as required

工作要求

  • Degree holder or above
  • At least 2 years administrative and secretarial experience in Financial Institutions or Banks
  • Experience in arranging and coordinating internal and external meetings, conference calls and business trips
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Good commend in Computer skills, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word-processing
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Immediate Available is highly preferred
