Sales Executive – Luxury Automobile (Ref. No.: 26757)

Our client, well-known Luxury Automobile, is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their team.

Job Duties

  • Engage with potential customers and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of luxury automobile models, features, and specifications.
  • Assist customers in selecting the most suitable luxury vehicle based on their preferences, needs, and budget.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and accompany customers on test drives to showcase the luxury automobile's performance and features.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about pricing, financing options, warranties, and any additional services.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies and meet sales goals.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, competitor offerings, and luxury automobile advancements.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in luxury automobile/retail sales or a similar role is highly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of luxury automobile brands, models, features, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and effectively communicate with customers.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications.
