Our client, well-known Luxury Automobile, is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their team.

- Engage with potential customers and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of luxury automobile models, features, and specifications.
- Assist customers in selecting the most suitable luxury vehicle based on their preferences, needs, and budget.
- Conduct product demonstrations and accompany customers on test drives to showcase the luxury automobile's performance and features.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about pricing, financing options, warranties, and any additional services.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies and meet sales goals.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, competitor offerings, and luxury automobile advancements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
工作要求
- Previous experience in luxury automobile/retail sales or a similar role is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury automobile brands, models, features, and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and effectively communicate with customers.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Valid driver's license.
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications.
