Administration Associate (HK$23K - $30K) (Ref. No.: 26333)

Our client, a Financial Institution, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

工作职责

  • Responsible for the maintenance of administrative documents, reception duties, processing courier services, processing reservations, procurement, registration and management of daily office duties, as well as the organization and coordination of major activities;
  • Execute cash management, initiate fund transfers, and related internal processes based on company policy;
  • In charge of company property safekeeping and stocktaking;
  • Responsible for the Human Resource Management duties, attendance & leave records, timely processing of personnel files, insurance and other matters according to the provisions;
  • Responsible for opening bank and security accounts, closure and revision;
  • Support ad hoc requests from Business and Senior Management;
  • Liaising with front office teams, accountants, auditors, brokers, vendors, regulatory bodies, and government bodies.

工作要求

  • Degree holder with at least 2 years relevant working experience;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua a plus;
  • Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work independently with good organizational skills, self-motivated, hardworking and detail-oriented;
  • Good team player;
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, e.g: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing and Outlook.
